Balls for Ball Valves can be undersized, chipped, or over-all damaged during service. We repair these Balls via our Thermal Spray System then Grind Down to Size within a tolerance of .001″ or better. Not only is the Ball brought back to size, but now guaranteed to withstand even the most extreme conditions with the right type of Coating.
The Valve Seats can also be repaired and lapped to the existing Ball, ensuring a tight leak-free seal.
